This is a 1973 Series 3 SWB Station Wagon 2.25 petrol. Cosmetically was a
tidy looking example however the chassis and bulkhead were past their best and
so it required a new galvanised chassis and galvanised bulkhead. The engine had
already been reconditioned fairly recently so just had oil seals replaced and
was serviced, also had been fitted with new doors and re-sprayed a few years ago
so was still excellent. This was restored to customers specification key items included:
Galvanised chassis
Galvanised bulkhead
Braking system re-newed including new copper brake pipes
New suspension
Reconditioned gearbox and new clutch
Axles reconditioned with new chrome swivels
Stainless steel exhaust
New fuel tanks
New seats
New wheels and tyres
